  • All jewelry is made-to-order and handcrafted based on the specifications you provide (e.g. ring size, metal, stone).

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, production begins within 1–2 business days and requires approximately 4 weeks to complete.

  • We reserve the right to reject orders at our discretion—for example, due to suspected fraud or incomplete payment.


3. Custom Orders and Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted unless there has been a confirmed error on our part (e.g. wrong size, metal, or design based on your original order).

  • Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by documented proof (such as your original order confirmation).

  • You are responsible for ensuring all specifications are correct before finalizing the order.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept secure payments through trusted providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order affected by such errors.


5. Shipping

  • Our standard production time is 4 weeks, followed by 2–4 business days for domestic delivery (3–14 days internationally).

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and include tracking.

  • Guldsmedsmästarn is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external shipping carriers.
