1. Order Production & Processing
Made-to-Order Craftsmanship:
All our jewelry is custom-made based on your specific preferences. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for the manufacturing of your piece.
Order Processing:
Once your order is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We begin production within 1–2 business days of confirming your order details.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
After production is complete, your order will be shipped via a trusted and traceable delivery service.

Domestic Shipping (Sweden):
The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the shipping date. -
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–14 business days, depending on the destination and local postal handling. Please note that some regions may experience longer delivery times.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight. All orders are shipped with registered, trackable shipping for your peace of mind.
4. Order Tracking
Once your jewelry has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Please Note: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country.
Guldsmedsmästarn is not responsible for customs delays.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us at info@guldsmedsmastaren.se within 7 days of your expected delivery date.
We’ll work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue swiftly.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations
