Return Policy

All our jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order based on each customer’s specific preferences. Due to the highly customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refundsunless the item was made incorrectly based on your original confirmed order.

Exceptions for Returns

A return or refund will only be granted in the following cases:

  1. The item was made in the wrong size (e.g. ring size does not match your order),
  2. The item was crafted using the wrong metal or incorrect design details,
  3. Or the item does not match the confirmed specifications on your order and invoice.

In such cases, we require documented proof, such as a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

To initiate a return request under these conditions, please contact us at info@guldsmedsmastaren.se. Do not send any items back without contacting us first.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and offer a solution.

 

Refunds

If your return is approved, you will be notified, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
